Governance

The Center for Regenerative Society is currently a project of the Tides Center, our fiscal agent, a California-based 501(c)3 with a long and successful track record of incubating socially progressive nonprofits. They provide a suite of back office services and, as with all Tides projects, their board of directors serves as our legal, financial and compliance board of directors.

In addition, we are guided by an Advisory Board, currently composed of four people, and soon to be expanded and further diversified. This board, together with our Executive Director, represents our working group that establishes strategic direction, programming, and fundraising strategies.

The Center for Regenerative Society invites and welcomes the participation, collaboration, and support of individuals, foundations, and other agencies that share its purposes and vision.
